Nokia 5800 XpressMusic has made a spectecular showcase today in both London and Singapore as the first Symbian S60 full-touch Nokia mobile handset. We already know the full list of features, but from now on we are getting closer to take Nokia 5800 in our hands after the WMC in Barcelona.

There are two homescreen add-ons which are Media Bar and Contacts Bar which we were not aware of so far. Media Bar provides super easy access to music, media and online content with a fingertip and Contacts Bar provide access to contacts and communication settings with only one touch.

Other controls beyond the add-ons are also kept to minimum keys. There is a combo-key below the touchscreen, the home key, with flanking Call and End knowbs which is also called Symbian key. Thus keys other than the huge touchscreen tried to be kept at minimum as you can realize in the detailed photos.

For those who have missed the news about Nokia 5800 XpressMusic leaks, let’s refresh the memories about the specs list. There is S60 touchscreen 3.2″ widescreen and its resolution is 640×360 pixels, 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and video recording at 30fps, 3G with HSDPA and quad-band support, TV-out, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, microSD card slot that is expandable up to 16GB. Also it is told that at retail package there is 8GB microSD card and stereo surround speakers.

Moreover as we already informed you on our previous posts, the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic will be the first handset which will feature Comes With Music service which enables you to download unlimited number of tracks from Nokia Music Store for one year period. As we mentioned before together with N95 8GB and Nokia 5310 XpressMusic, Comes with Music will be available to Nokia 5800. First handsets which will feature the service will be sold in UK market starting October 16.

The release date for the Nokia 5800 with Comes with Music will be on market in 2009 January. However without this service handset will be released starting this month worldwide, October in 2008, and its price tag is set at 279 EUR without taxes.
