Another luxury handset from Arte series has been announced at Nokia website. The Nokia 8800 Gold Arte is as good as the latest Carbon Arte but more luxurious and glamorous. As the features stay the same, as it is known with Arte line-up, it is all about the outlook. It’s like a jewelry that you will take to class parties rather than a mobile phone.

As for the features, as we mentioned before, Gold Arte follows the Carbon Arte with the same set of features. It includes 2” OLED QVGA display with 16M colors, 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and 4GB memory but this time not expandable with microSD cards.

Also the accelerometer based features are available including tapping for time and turning the phone to mute.

As for the price and release date for Gold Arte, there is no certain information available, but we should remind you as soon as it breaks out, but don’t expect it to be lower than a 1000 euros though.
