Long waited since December, Nokia’s music service “Comes With Music” is almost ready to be released. First handset with this feature, one year of unlimited free access to Nokia Music Store catalog is the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic which wouldn’t surprise any of you as well.

Also the first retailer which will be selling the new edition of the 5310 XpressMusic with “Comes with Music” will be Carphone Warehouse in UK and it will be sold on a pre-paid basis. Until December 31, 2008, it will be the only option for those who like to buy this music powerhouse.

According to official information it is said that pre-order option starts today but on the retailer website it is not possible to find a link for check-out.

The color option for the new Nokia 5310 XpressMusic with “Comes with Music” edition is white for now.

As far as you may also remember “Comes with Music” service as previously announced enables you to download unlimited songs from Nokia Music Store catalog for one year of time. After your service ends, you will be able to keep your songs but you will be able to listen only in your mobile handset which means they will be DRM protected. In order to transfer your tracks, you will have to pay for them.

More information about the “Comes With Music” is expected at the Next Nokia event which is planned on October 2nd 2008. This most probably shows that the service won’t be available until the planned date. However in future we are expecting that the service will be available to fancier handsets in N-series rather than already aging Nokia 5310 XpressMusic.
