Finally, Nokia E63 becomes official today. Long time waited mobile handset is, as rumored many times, less expensive and featured version of E71. However still for businessmen, E61 has what it takes to be a business mobile phone.

As leaks also indicated, the Nokia E63 has QWERTY keypad, which is clearly seen from photos, and has 13mm of thickness only. As we also mentioned before there is no metal body like the Nokia E71 which was a factor to reduce the price with the usage of plastic. Still Nokia E63 has touch sensitive Navi wheel and 3.5mm audio jack which Nokia E71 doesn’t have. Thus we should congratulate Nokia to make this handset unique in some ways.

When it comes to its display, it has 2.36” QVGA display with 16M colors. It has 110MB internal memory and as usual it can be expanded with microSD cards. Also people who buy the phone will be able to use the latest Nokia service, Files on Ovi and will be able to store their files online up to 1GB.

As for the connectivity features, Nokia E63 is highly rich. It has quad-band GSM and dual-band UMTS, but this time without HSDPA support unlike E71. MicroUSB port, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are also on board.

Only little disadvantage of Nokia E63 can be the lack of GPS and use of modest 2 MP camera. Finally and most importantly release date for the Nokia E63 is just in the coming weeks so expect to see it on retail markets before December 2008, and price tag will be 200 euro, which is 250USD without taxes.
