As MWC 2009 passed some of the mobile handsets couldn’t get the expected attention because of some monsters of the mobile handsets that were introduced. One of these handsets was the Samsung S5600. This touchscreen phone by Samsung targets the middle range customers and proves that Samsung is pushing all the markets it could as the latest strategy.

Since the Samsung S5600 is not official yet, there is not enough information for us to discuss much about it. However looking at the photos from MWC tells us it will have TouchWiz user interface and 3G support. 3G support is important when its rival LG KP500 Cookie is considered because they are handsets of similar level and features but LG Cookie lacks 3G support.

Thus it is not hard to predict the competition between Cookie and S5600 soon. However we do not know when it will start since there is no information about the release date or the price of this midrange touchscreen phone so far.
