They always say rumor has it. This has been told so many times today already and keeps going on the Samsung side. Thus this time we are not even surprised to see another handset to be leaked today when we are approaching to MWC eve. The Samsung S7220 is a candybar shaped handset with not very high-end features like AMOLED screen, 5 megapixel camera and GPS support.

Most probably there will be loads of official announcements for the new members of the Samsung mobile family in MWC, and nobody could stop these leaks nowadays. However almost each day Samsung could advertise and it seems this may continue until the congress.

The Samsung S7220 is a mid-range handset after all those monstrous leaks. It is a modest handset packed with 2.4” AMOLED display, 3G and GPS support and nice 5 megapixel snapper. It has an expandable memory with microSD cards, and looking at the photos it is possible to tell that it has Samsung feature phone interface as an operating system.

Expect to get more detailed information about Samsung S7220 in MWC 2009 in a couple of days.
