Samsung announced its newest dual-SIM phone today. It is the second dual-SIM phone by Samsung.

Main feature of the Samsung D780 is its dual-SIM function. Dual-SIM function is the ability of the mobile phone to work with two SIM cards at the same time while both being active.

The Samsung D780 has some other features including 2 megapixel camera with video recording, 2.1″ screen with 256K colors in QVGA resolution, Bluetooth v.2.0 with A2DP support, USB v2.0 support, microSD card slot feature as an internal memory, MP3 player, and finally stereo FM radio.

More dual-SIM mobile phones are expected this year by Samsung, and one of them is expected to run on the Windows Mobile OS as well.

Color options for Samsung D780 will be dark silver and mirror silver. It is expected on Russian market first in May and Southeast Asia, Europe, and Middle East respectively.
